There are tons of articles on the Internet talking about the nutritional value of sprouts. In this blog I'm going to show you a very easy way to make sprouts at home. After trying several methods of sprouting, by far I've found this the best and easy way. The sprouts are fresh even after 2 days of sprouting process. Try it for yourself. For this method, here's all you need:
1. Wash and soak the lentils in a bowl overnight.
2. Next morning, wash them in cold/luke warm water and transfer them into a strainer.
3. Gently wash them again in the night and continue the sprouting process. Here's a picture showing the sprouts at this stage.
4. Wohoo! Next morning the sprouts are ready :)
Eat it as a healthy breakfast or pack them for lunch!
